Joined Opera Telecom as Business Development Manager, one main task (amongst others) is to put together & be responsible for all gaming/gambling operations.

Although I am now living in the London Docklands, Hong Kong (picture below) is where I am from.

Life in HK is great, every 5 steps are either shops or restaurants or some kind of entertainment. Bliss, but could easily lead to exhaustion, therefore recommend to visit in moderation. :-)

Thanks to the diversity of my career (Multi-channel/mobile gaming and gambling, high value sales & marketing, and strategic business planning & operations), instead of filling three websites, I've put together this one for convenience.

I've tried to make navigation as straightforward as possible. Simply take a look at my career overviews below, or click any of the links in the above menu, and you'll find all you need about the area that interests you most.

I network extensively across all markets, industries and sectors, I host lunches (launched at Gaming Money Summit), founded Gambit special interest group, and also host EMBA Club for Cass MBA alumni. (see the agenda on the left where I will be.)

My Day job is running the GamBond® Ltd., the company that brings "Global Trust & Confidence" to the gaming gambling world.

Jan 06, the much respected Casino & Gaming International magazine published an article by Gareth Wong on Convergence, Opportunities and Future Prospects on mobile gambling, his article can be downloaded here, indeed, Senior executives across industires can get their own copies from the publisher directly here.

23-24Jan06, the Inaugural Gaming Money Summit took place at the London Stock Exchange (co-sponsor). I am happy to tell you that it was a resounding success, it was the major event which we launched the CXO Network Europe, which is a private collaborative network for those of influence (click on the CXO logo above for more details).

On 11th January 2006 Gambit Public Forum on TV Gaming was indeed proven to be a major evening event (exclusively sponsored by SKY), we had Exec.Chairman of Racing UK, General Manager from Youbet Nevada, CEO of Tamblin, Vice Chairman of Digital Magics (Italy), and CEO of Rawflow Ltd., and it was chaired by Dominic Dudley of New Media Age, despite the fact that most people were probably still hung over from the festive seasons and we only promoted it in earnest for about 7 days, we had close to 180 signup and 80+ people turned up to this fantastic evening, do check back to see the full report and pictures on: www.TheGambit.info/TVGaming/.

In the 2005 Financial Times rankings of the top 75 Executive MBA programmes worldwide, published 24 Oct 05, the Cass EMBA is ranked 10th in the world, 3rd in Europe and 2nd in the UK. This places Cass in the premier league of EMBA programmes worldwide.

Gaming/Gambling is now a very hot vertical for PE & VCs to look for good investment opportunities. As a consequence of advising some PE/VCs on due diligence within the telecoms and gaming/gambling markets and due to networking, I am aware that there is still not enough understanding of this market place, consequently, I have organised the Inaugural Gaming Money Summit at the London Stock Exchange (co-sponsor) which took place on 23-24Jan.2006. I shall be writing a summary of the finding very soon.
